Ask GitHub if we can get the Enterprise edition #104

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Given the size of the project, we could make use of more fine-grained user permissions.

For example, right now, it's not possible to give admin access on all the repos, without also making the users owners of the GitHub organization. This would be super useful to delegate some of the day-to-day admin tasks to the infra team.

It seems like the Enterprise edition of GitHub supports more fine-grained permissions:

Describe alternatives you've considered

We'll have to build a bot that adds all the repos to the admin team.

The CNCF is using https://github.com/uwu-tools/peribolos
