I think this is a good idea, and there is still time. Managing GSOC students is a good training exercise to build out our foundation-chartered teams' administrative capacity.

If we do miss this year, we should definitely get next year. At that point the teams should certainly be running well enough to support this.

We're past the deadline for this year (and were'nt really ready to handle this I think), si I'll close this. Let's try and do better next year.
