IRC channel #349

It would be handy to have an IRC channel for hydra related queries. There are a couple of things I'd like to discuss, and github issues don't really seem like the best place for that kind of chatter.

I'm currently sitting in #nix-hydra on Freenode.

It's quite easy for hydra questions to become lost quickly in #nix.
