Scrub the ZFS pools #363

haumea and rhea both use ZFS but neither have a regularly scheduled scrub, and AFAICT they might never have been scrubbed ever (at least for haumea).

haumea does actually have autoscrub enabled, and it seems to be running fine. We should do the same on rhea. I ran a manual scrub for now.
