Move channel scripts to run on eris #383

Currently untested. Planning to do a test deploy tomorrow, just dumping this here in the meantime if someone cares :)

Note that I very much went for minimal diff to make things work, I'm not trying to also renovate the service config along the way. There are tons of improvements TBD - using systemd credentials management, a better format for the credentials, etc.

This is now deployed to bastion+eris. Things seem to be working OK.
