Goal: move as much as possible of the infra configuration for ofborg into this repository so we can reuse the base infra stuff and standardize access / access control / secrets management / backups / monitoring / software upgrades / ...
This will also have the benefit of adding a bunch of active people to the access list for ofborg (all of infra-core + whoever is interested in working on this from non-critical-infra), which will help feature deployment velocity and might help with troubleshooting / availability / performance.
