2230 broadened the scope of macOS hardlink exclusion but did not change the comments. This was a little confusing for me, so I figured the comments should be updated.

Explained in "motivation". This is a trivial change that only changes comments.
(I meannn, I would love to see the scope broadened somewhat again. Like GIMP.app/Contents/share is very unlikely to be watched by macOS. But that's for another day, when/if I get a beefier mac.)
