Running nix-shell inside nix-shell messes up the prompt #756

You end up with \[\][nix-shell:~]$\[\].

I've seen in a couple of places that nested nix-shell is not supported. If that's the case and other things break, we should actively prevent it for user friendliness, and not just quietly do the wrong thing.
