23.11-tapir: add artwork (Option 3)

Artworks under CC BY-SA 4.0, this time without any licensing hassles, because I drew the tapir.

Took the color palette from the website CSS

I like it! I do have reservations about it sharing the same colors as the logo and being sort of a "radical" departure from recent logos but nevertheless I do like it

It's not the exact same colours as the logo, it's darker. I've used the color scheme from the website here https://github.com/NixOS/nixos-common-styles/blob/bbd6286205b8f5d991aaad1f50714cb01961af40/src/theme.less#L36-L56

A different color is a bit harder to work in, I don't know if I have to time to work it in. From some experimentation, purple might work
