Add 23.05 Stoat artwork #97

Hi! Since nobody made a move to design a logo for NixOS 23.05 🦦 ("Stoat"), I did so.

The XCF file is made with masks and layers to easily change composition.

Quick note: the lambdaflake is flipped horizontally compared to what it should be.
