resolves #47 Added target="_blank" and rel="noopener noreferrer" attributes:

Updated the anchor tags in the social media links section (Twitter, YouTube, GitHub) to open in a new tab and added the rel="noopener noreferrer" attribute to enhance security. Improved HTML code indentation:

Properly indented the HTML code for better readability and maintenance.
