Gnome light shell themes green text

Describe the bug When using the Arc-menu Gnome Extension (gnomeExtensions.arc-menu) and a light shell theme, the menu text is always bright green and unreadable. Also affects other elements as well

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install any light coloured theme
2. Open gnome-tweaks
3. Select any light shell theme under the "Appearance" tab
4. Right click on desktop and look at appearance of menu

Expected behavior Arc-menu and shell should follow light theme colours, including text

Additional context With some testing I have found this same behaviour happens with any channel, with all available versions of Arc-menu, with ANY light coloured theme

As a side point it might be good to upgrade this package to the new maintained version - Arcmenu (https://gitlab.com/arcmenu/ArcMenu)

Just an update, it looks like it's not to do specifically with Arc-menu, I'm seeing the same behaviour when right clicking the desktop.

This would likely be theme specific. Can you reproduce with Adwaita?
