I had a similar requirement looked into packaging it but the highest supported swift version on nixpkgs is 5.8. and the last handful versions of tuist requires 5.10. #256956 there is an existing but stalled attempt for updating to 5.9.2 and I am assuming it would be trivial to push the swift package to 5.10 once that merges.
