Have a look at https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/249156, this is for SeriousSamClassic but the vulkan version builds similarly. I just need people to test it to see what's wrong with my package.

Yes. I just added vulkan-loader and vulkan-headers serioussam-vk.tar.gz Everything works on a virtual machine:

As an update, the PR is now at https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/276467 because I messed up the old one. It uses OpenGL and not Vulkan, but works. I will perhaps add Vulkan support to it if I'm motivated enough (shouldn't be too complicated though)
