For those who just want the scx patches I have a open PR (https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/331014) for linuxPackages_scx. The kernel uses scx patches from the CachyOS repo though, as the official patches are not updated regularly.

I'll add the modules later if that PR is merged.
