Can't access cache.nixos.org from Iran

Describe the bug

I don't know if this is the right place to open this issue (if i'm wrong, let me know where should i do it)

But recently i can't access cache.nixos.org anymore, btw i'm living in iran so idc if this is a technical problem from my side or from my government censoring things or problems out of country (e.g sanctions etc..)

if i ping cache.nixos.org it responds back correctly

but if i ping the resolved name that cache.nixos.org leads to (in my case dualstack.v2.shared.global.fastly.net) it will timeout!

And to mention i'm using version 23.05.533.c37ca420157-x86_64 (latest by time of opening this issue), i've also tried using 22.11 iso image too, the result was the same

I've also checked that my connection setup is ok or not, and it is ok other websites just working fine on installation media.

I think most of you guys won't be able to reproduce it because i think the problem is related to my country only (maybe?), but you can try installing NixOS, you'll just need an Iran proxy i think

Expected behavior

Be accessible to users from Iran (again, idk if other users from Iran have this issue too)

Fastly (which is our (apparently not so) global CDN) might very well be blocking traffic from Iran due to export restrictions as they're a US company.
