Window Buttons: kdecorations missing

2. Try to apply them

Additional context

I get the same issue, when I download the variant from the build in KDE Store (Get new widgets)

The library in question is this one.

How is https://github.com/KDE/kdecoration related to this issue?

I think this is, how appletdecoration is implemented.

P.S: I do get the same error with the version from the KDE widget store (the inbuild one from Plasma itself, that you reach with the "Get new Stuff" button)
