With nautilus-image-converter, it is probably the two best and important nautilus extension in Gnome DE

Should be fairly easy to package with nix-init.

Though there are some issues that will need to be resolved:

The installation path is wrong, it should say datadir instead of prefix (see https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus-python#running-extensions): https://github.com/nautilus-extensions/nautilus-admin/blob/654a3c7f4232fdb468005adf358c3c0d74af9d86/meson.build#L14
We need to use non-absolute paths to rely on PATH since we do not support FHS. https://github.com/nautilus-extensions/nautilus-admin/blob/654a3c7f4232fdb468005adf358c3c0d74af9d86/meson.build#L23-L24
