BrainFlow code that sends your brain's relaxation and focus metrics to vrchat avatar paramaters via OSC.

NOTE: This project's name is a misnomer. It doesn't actually need VRChat. All this does is read data from an EEG and output it in the open sound control protocol, which just so happens to be supported by VRChat.
