There are a truckload of pull requests from @r-ryantm that were never merged.

Another problem is r-ryantm has been opening duplicate PRs (same package under multiple attribute names).

r-ryantm will open a dupe PR under the exact same attrname, if you close its earlier PR instead of marking it as draft
Most PRs result in double-pings to maintainers (once from r-ryantm, once from borgo)
The number of PRs is so overwhelming that I've taken to filtering -author:r-ryantm to avoid drowning out actual contributors
May be a lesser concern, but nixpkgs-update becomes yet another place (aside from our numerous update scripts and things like nix-init) that needs updating when our packaging standards change. And it's unfortunately out-of-tree. So the r-ryantm PR has to be marked draft while a contributor creates a compliant PR closing the bot's PR (adding more noise)
