rPackages.quarto patch needs to be updated due to changes upstream #314080

The patch https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/3bea02fa06b3e56f68d98ad3ecb71fe634c45027/pkgs/development/r-modules/default.nix#L1306 needs to be updated. The relevant line upstream is now https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-r/blob/main/R/quarto.R#L20

Thank you, will take this into account for the next bump which should take place soon. We’ll have to remember to use replace-fail instead of replace!
