Description of changes

SoF firmware is already present at pkgs/os-specific/linux/firmware/sof-firmware. This adds the tools to develop, test and debug SoF. It's also useful for users to apply filters, see: https://thesofproject.github.io/latest/developer_guides/tuning/sof-ctl.html
