datadog 5: dd-agent.service runs without enough privileges to get disk metrics #39811

Issue description

systemctl status dd-agent.service | grep -o "dd.collector.*tracing" | head -n 1
dd.collector | checks.disk(disk.py:106) | Unable to get disk metrics for /sys/kernel/debug/tracing: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/sys/kernel/debug/tracing

Expected output: Empty

This holds for master, 18.03, and 17.09.

Possible solution is to run process as a different user (e.g. root, but there are many environments in which this is not desirable).
