Two commits with the same name? #52774

Issue description

git checkout master && git log | grep 'plasma5: 5.14.3' returns two commits when only one should be there.

There's the actual commit doing the change 9e2956f and a merge commit 3e3239b9 bringing it from PR to master. I can see nothing even unusual in there.
