Automatically package all programs from elementary AppCenter #90244

I had the idea, since the elementary AppCenter is quiet automated, that it might be possible to automatically package all apps for Nix. There is a lot of metadata available.

@worldofpeace do you think that would be possible?

Looks like they use .deb files, so if there is a way to automatically write derivations for those...
