Replace all uses of libappindicator with libayatana-appindicator #96420

Describe the bug libappindicator is pretty much dead IIRC but debian is maintaining it as a fork libayatana-appindicator which is now in nixpkgs https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/88783.

I'm opening this issue to remind people to not add libappindicator support to packages because we don't want that package in nixpkgs anyways, and to please use libayatana-appindicator if the project has made changes to support it.

The one from https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/93453 seems to be maintained by canonical, and they've been doing patches to it over the years. Specifically, that "release" just happened a few months ago.

But if libayatana-appindicator is more maintained, then I'm fine with a gradual switch over.
