fix registry config attribute name to conf #2

This fixes problems with undefined config attribute

Are there any plans to merge this? Without this npm2nix breaks.

@offlinehacker I have added you to the npm2nix committers. Currently nobody is actively maintaining npm2nix, so this might make it easier for you to contribute to npm2nix.
