Add nixpkgs to @NixOS/nix-team #24

All nix core team member had been already granted write access so they can update nix in nixpkgs, but the repository should just be part of the team.

This is needed for CODEOWNERS to work: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/336270

the nix-team now has write permissions on nixpkgs.
