need vector glyphs for seperate subsystems

Then need to convert them into some format for loading at runtime by nanovg

Two Status boxes

One for OSD / Telemetry status

Another for Flight Controller status

Only subsystems that are not ready should be shown on OSD after boot

Still having trouble getting svg files to render at all, I'll come back to this with a fresh perspective later.
