Uses utilsforecast.processing for some of the logic in mlforecast.core.TimeSeries._fit.
Uses utilsforecast.data.generate_series for the logic in mlforecast.utils.generate_series.
Updates the documentation to use utilsforecast.plotting.plot_series and utilsforecast.losses.* and utils.forecast.evaluation.evaluate.
