add X_df debugging methods #283

Description

Adds the following methods:

MLForecast.make_future_dataframe(h): compute the future ids and times
MLForecast.get_missing_future(h, X_df): get the future ids and times that are missing in X_df

These aim to help debugging errors that may arise when running predict(h, X_df=X_df). The error message now suggests using either of these methods.
