Addresses the following future warnings:

FutureWarning: 'M' is deprecated and will be removed in a future version, please use 'ME' instead. (logs)
FutureWarning: A value is trying to be set on a copy of a DataFrame or Series through chained assignment using an inplace method. (logs)
