Multi resolution application icon #19

Due to the fact that windows cannot scale down raster icons without distortions, I manually resized the new icon and added 9 new resolutions. Now it looks better in windows explorer on table view and in properties.

Thanks for the work. I was still trying around with multi-res icons, especially for the systray icons. And at least there it seems like Windows does a horrible job at scaling too... When I find the time I will create multi-res versions for all of them in 16 and 48px. 16px looks OK for resolutions up to 1440p and 48px should be fine for 4k screens.
