citizens compatibility #360

Hi, I don't know if somebody has already made a thread like this but it would be very useful a compatibility with citizens to create npcs. For example I'd like to replace the anti forcefield plugin with a script that spawn an npc on players who attack and if they hit the npc they will be kicked for killaura. Please let me now if its possible and sorry for my english (I'm italian).
