add forces count option #552

fixes #549

Introduces an Option to toggle from % to forces count in the side panel.

The implementation is partially redundant since it's in the Reaping and Pridefull icon subroutines. If you want I could change it and pull out all common logic of the two methods but I didn't want to spend time on unwanted refactorings.

This is a nice addition and does look good to me! The old code relating to Prideful and Reaping will need to be looked at in the future.
