Waycrest Manor mob not in the game #553

I've run Waycrest Manor a few times and I never saw the witch in the kitchen Heartsbane Runeweaver (G 42). Is this mob not in the game?

This mob has also never appeared in my runs.

its depends on the week where the Runeweavers Spawn
