Even with all the content blocked (including soundboard and taunts) that No-Bling provides a lot of the voice lines (like some incomprehensible asian voice lines) are still blasting through at full volume.
Please tell me how to disable ALL these voice lines/effects that are related to casters/teams and any other human (non-hero lines) from playing?
I mean voice lines like EASIEST MONEY OF MY LIFE and all the asian/russian/whatever lines.
