Broken border on Tail side. #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View in IE6.0
2. Fill tootip with 12 or so line of text
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The border (bubbletip-L-R.png) on the Tail side (im using left at the
moment) does not show in FF (im using FF3.5.7) if you expand the content
area with many lines of text. in IE6 the image does repeat and show up though..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Fill the content area with 12 or so line of text, and you will see gaps
either side of the tail...
