Prepare for Ruby 3 #270

This gem is not compatible for Ruby 3, and Ruby 3 preview has already been released.

Time has come to prepare this gem :)

A job for Ruby 3 + Rails 6 has been added to the CI. There is a failing test but it is due to an open Rails issue so as far as I can see, it looks like this gem is Ruby 3 compatible. :tada:
