The quiz host dashboard should have a display of the user's statistics, i.e. quiz count, just make some up for now, @springjben and I will sort out what data we should display. May require collecting some other data in the db. The sub-pages should be along the lines of:
Create Quiz
View Quiz (Single and all, options to CRUD (CREATE READ UPDATE & DELETE)
Edit Quiz
Manage Account
View Questions for a quiz (again, relevant CRUD options)
Edit Question
The question page should have a dropdown to select which quiz the question should belong to.
