bypassing by damage... #548

Short description of the issue.

All movement things bypassed by damaging by player/packet/falling/ anything make you damaging

Complete output of the ncp version command (please prefer text here).

all ncp versions (from 1.8 to 1.12.2 i didnt test for 1.7 :p )

How to reproduce the issue (is it random / always happens / side conditions)?

always happens

Have you made any (noteworthy) changes to the default configuration of NCP?

no

Do you run any other special plugins that affect game mechanics next to NC+ (adding skills, machines, adding/changing blocks, other anti cheating)?

no ncp and essentials only

Provide additional information, such as error/debug/violation logs. fly some types of speed and i froget but the ncp version its the latest sry i m in that time when typing the issuse i do want sleep sry

May be similar to #374 which used arrows to queue velocity and fly for a short amount of time.

Queuing velocity will always work to some extent, because it's "possible" to some extent in vanilla - question is how far reaching this is now, does it nullify more or less recent attempts to make things less easy to exploit...

the fly sometimes be work all time sometimes its get you back after 10 seconds

asofold i'm now not have server and i'm lazy to make one but i test in server have clearly ncp with default config and the fly no upwards and downwards the fly speed idk what i say about it walking ? idk its the ncp fly of liquidbounce

@Helloxddd i tested with liquidbounce's fly(NCP mode) in 'clearly ncp with default config'(ncp.odiegaming.com). i can't fly.
