can't open file 'launch.py' #9

Using the latest version to start and always stuck at the webui step.

gitgud still under maintenance, try again maybe in 2-5 hours https://status.sapphire.moe/status/sapphire

It's should be working by now, don't expect fast startup time since pulling from gitgud is much slower than github as of now
