I'm also using a Mac and when I navigate to my Astrum installation, all I see is a "Building Pattern Library" screen. It's been on this screen for an hour while I've been doing other things. It's a shame too. We have very little time to make a decision on pattern library building tools and this would have been ideal for the look and feel. Unfortunately, we'll have to go in another direction since this isn't working. I've installed it 5 times and followed the video. Same result each time.
I'm having the exact same issue as @jasonglisson also on a Mac.
Platform: Mac OS Version: macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 Node Version: 8.11.1 NPM Version: 5.6.0 Astrum Version: 1.9.5
Did anyone have any success in fixing this?
Which Browser did you use? I'm using Astrum on a Mac as well and its working fine in Firefox without a web server. See #140 for more information
Update: just read #140
Working for me in Firefox 61.0.1, not working in Safari 11.1.1 or Chrome67
Platform: Mac OS Version: macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 Node Version: 9.2.0 NPM Version: 6.1.0 Astrum Version: 1.9.5
Thanks, read #140 and solved my problem. I was using Chrome67.
Tell us about the issue you are experiencing
When I try to view the initial pattern library after setting up Astrum (not sure if I did it right, I am thinking no), I do not see what I as supposed to according to the help video I watched. I am using Atom on my Mac as my IDE and I am sure I messed something up in setting it up, but I have no idea what is wrong. I am more of a designer, not a developer unless it is frontend stuff. Thanks in advance!
What behaviour would you expect?
How can this issue be replicated?
