Example

  1. User selects Édouard Lefèvre which is http://dbpedia.org/resource/%C3%89douard_Lef%C3%A8vre
  2. Refresh page

  3. Selection has now changed to `http://dbpedia.org/resource/Édouard_Lefèvre
