Portals #7

They need animations. They also need to actually teleport the player.

Added portal handling into the Map::Load stuff. So now its just a matter of actually letting the player use them, which will happen when physics is ready. Oh and animations still need to be added.

The player can now move through portals. I still need to finish animations and fix up a few things.

Animated the pv portal. Still need to animate ph portals and figure out what psh portals are for.

Also, I need figure out why those jumping launch thingies aren't working.
