[Feature] Ability to keep xmapedit in a separate folder and point it to a game folder with a cmd parameter #5

Add something like -game_folder C:\Games\Blood cmd parameter that will point xmapedit to the game folder.

This will allow to keep xmapedit in a separate folder without copying it to the game folder.

I don't see much use of it ATM due to how internal xmapedit files organized (right now you have to copy xmapedit folder because it contains xmapedit.rff in game folder), but i will think about it for next updates and about command line arguments in general.
