Updated .gitignore to include VSCode auto-generated files
Fixed a typo in RFM96_toMqtt.ino (missing / in front of a comment - how did this even compile?)
Added platformio.ini to make project buildable in VSCode/PlatformIO combo

Need to build a test board and compile with Arduino IDE before merging (to make sure nothing is broken)

Build successfully, though issues with the included header file. Ignoring that as it won't be required once WiFiManager is included in the project.
