Make the status page somewhat nicer

Also add status about radio and MQTT to the web page. MQTT:

connected (or state?)
total messages sent
total messages received
check what else is available from pubsubclient

Radio:

frequency
power level
temperature(?)
network id (can we get this from the radio chip?)
node id (can we get this from the radio chip?)
check what else is readable from the radio chip

Add favico and declare the encoding. Firefox logs/console messages:

The character encoding of the HTML document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the page must be declared in the document or in the transfer protocol. rfm69gw-dev.local
