Uses owo-ui to achieve a nicer graphic to indicate your shield strength. Currently you can only do this with an empty hand or in 3rd person, via the fancy shield rendering, but it isnt always reliable.
Plan right now is a simple element that shows an indicator/bar which represents your shields strength.
In the future the configuration will be improved, such that you can freely position the hud element, instead of using the four bundled presets (which are anchored in the corners of the screen)
