Enable/Disable Anvils config option #63

Some players/modpack makers/servers might want to disable anvils.

(in my case I can't have blocks with custom models like anvils on a serverside-only environment)

I will look into merging this, though simply adding this to the config would spam the console with vanilla block/item model errors. I am looking into a solution for this

yeah that was my same issue but I forgot to warn about that issue and to not merge it yet (I was very tired when I opened the PR, should've waited actually...)
